The South Sound Baroque Orchestra

Who are we?

We are a group of musicians from the Puyallup, Bonney Lake and Sumner region that began meeting in September of 2020 with the intent of performing concerts in and around the South Puget Sound area. Because of our instrumentation our musical selections will generally come from the baroque period and will include composers such as Bach, Handel, Haydn, Vivaldi and others. Due to the current pandemic we have no concerts scheduled at this time. When the current situation improves we hope to perform at local community centers, churches and retirement centers. Our first concert series will likely include the following selections:

The Bach Brandenburg #4

The Vivaldi Christmas Concerto

The Bach Orchestral Suite

Handel's  Concerto Grosso Opus 6 No 12

We will post concerts here when they are scheduled. If you are interested in becoming a member of the orchestra or if you are interested in hosting a concert please contact Tim Winter at TimWin@MSN.Com.
